OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE

  • The Campaign Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multichannel performance activities in accordance with campaign objectives and client strategy.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Get a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives and KPIs
  • Execute, monitor and optimize campaigns based on clients’ goals. Ensure that campaigns meet clients expectations in terms of budget spend, pacing, frequency capping etc.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs (CPC/CPL/CPA/CPI, etc.) and optimize across inventory, technology and Xaxis proprietary DMP
  • Work closely with database and technology providers to address and resolve process and technical issues
  • Provide reports and analysis on campaign delivery and performance and share actionable insights with clients
  • Be updated on any industry trends that may impact client business
  • Support planning teams in identifying opportunities and delivering recommendations to clients

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Consolidated experience (1-2 years) with campaign managing, optimisation, trafficking and troubleshooting
  • Direct experience with industry leader DSP solutions such as DBM and AppNexus
  • Excellent understanding of ad-serving technologies (i.e. DFA/DCM, Sizmek, AdForm). Publisher-side adserving knowledge considered a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Java Script and HTML
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Passionate for Digital marketing
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Bachelor degree (Master a plus)
  • Fluent Business English
