This role is responsible for initiating, implementing and overseeing large scale business transformation, in order to ensure that we deliver a modern luxury connected experience in line with our Vehicle Connected Services ambition. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing cultural and behavioural aspects of people change in relation to change management. Provide expert analysis and advice on the delivery of change management approaches in programmes and projects
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
● Design & implementation of Global/Regional transformation scope & approach to deliver world-class Subscription Services business operations
o Definition and implementation of change impact analysis, including scale, cost & time assessments
o Design and management of transformation programme investment case
o Cross-coordination of ongoing project delivery and dependency management
● Global/Regional Business Area engagement strategy definition, including:
o Advising, consulting & engaging business leaders on people, process & technology change best practice
o Managing core VCS transformation delivery roadmap
● Build, develop and manage VCS JIRA transformation portfolio plan & associated dependency mapping
● VCS Operational Model Strategy & design implementation (Global/Regional)
● Go-to Market Strategy definition & Regional transformation playbook development & launch:
o Management of Market availability matrix & future market onboarding plan, including alignment to Storefront strategy
● Managing cross-functional senior leadership engagement / strategy alignment, including:
o Supporting input into Engineering delivery & agile ceremonies
o Supporting input into Digital/IT Delivery & Legal transformation activities
● Regional VCS Customer Experience Maturity Management & future development planning
● Regional Product Launch/Rollout strategy definition & testing/piloting approach definition
● Maintain lessons learnt from change interventions and share key lessons with other change practitioners as appropriate
● Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
  • Experience of successfully delivering a major Change Programme or Project
  • Operational experience of using Agile Project Management Methodologies, approaches, tools and techniques
  • A solid understanding and experience of managing people effectively through change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and how to apply these in practice
  • Experience of process mapping / process improvement
  • Training and Facilitation Skills
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, influencing and stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges

  • Knowledge and experience of successfully developing individual change management capability
  • Experience with large-scale organisational transformational change
  • A recognised and accredited Change management qualification
