About this opportunity

Welcome to the IT Service Configuration Management team (Process Governance and Tools) in Core Technology. As the Asset and Configuration Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in maintenance of our ITIL based ITSM processes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Daily operational maintenance of the data registered in Helix CMDB
  • Review, analyse and coordinate corrections to the data registered in Helix CMDB
  • Report data accuracy to CMDB Stakeholders and take necessary corrective actions
  • Proactively secure accuracy of the data based on current and future data flows and audits
  • Review, analyse and coordinate implementation of tool customizations with Helix CMDB
  • Analyse and solve incidents, and requests related to the data and tools integrated with Helix
  • Contact data owners and application teams in order to secure proper relationship between CIs
  • Provide trainings and guidance to asset librarians

The role is based in Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw.

Your experience and background

  • High skills in communication
  • Analytical skills including Ms Excel Fundamental Skill Set (Power BI will be considered as advantage)
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure topics
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools (Helix, ServiceNow etc.)
  • Understanding of ITIL methodology
  • Experience in ITSM processes (Service Asset and Configuration Management)
  • Scripting SQL and Pentaho knowledge will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Familiar with Agile methodology
