  • You will take overall responsibility for our growing our on line presence in the Ocado
  • Activate our .com strategy as well as taking the best from our Grocery strategy to build the best plan.
  • Excite the consumer and build sustainable customer partnerships – executing our core brands and bringing our hugely exciting innovations to life.

Responsibilities
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Build strong Ocado and Getir aacount plans delivering growth YOY and gaining market share for both Bacardi and the customers.
  • Nurture relationship with non-direct On Demand customers Zapp & Go Puff etc
  • Deliver strong JBP’s which grow our core products, premium and innovations.
  • Have a best in class execution plan that we can demonstrate On line growth across Europe.
  • Manage the On line P&L to ensure year-on-year improvements in revenue and gross profit across all brands
  • Accurately Forecast the on going plan
  • Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance and other teams where appropriate
  • Provide ongoing ecommerce performance analysis and provide winning business recommendations
  • Build the overall eCommerce capability in collaboration with local capability team, through a mixture of training, coaching, best practice and knowledge sharing
  • Become the EUR expert on Spirit’s newest channel, On Demand

Skills and Experience
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Account management including Building a JBP
  • Accountability for P&L management
  • Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities
  • Confident Negotiator
  • Understanding of the different levers to build winning digital plans
  • Ability to form strong internal relationships and influence the account team to build a strong online plan
  • Manage stakeholders across the business including in the WEUR team.

  • Numerical reasoning and analytical skills, with well-developed written and verbal communication, presentation
  • You are proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering results and constantly seek to improve
