The Americas Division operates out of offices across the US and Canada. We help clients across a wide range of industries to achieve their growth goals by improving their commercial strategy, marketing strategy, pricing, and sales execution.
With innovation at the heart of our growth, it’s an exciting moment to join us. We are growing rapidly, with especially high growth across our North Americas business.
We are seeking a seasoned Manager/Senior Manager to join our expanding Consumer and Retail practice and support the expected 20%-25% annual growth of our US businesses over the next 5 years.
Ideal candidates will have a broad commercial strategy skillset, with particular focus in market and sales strategy, and be excited about being an integral part of a growing practice. This business unit is friendly, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, and we look for candidates with a creative spark and the desire to become a core part of the practice leadership.
Typical candidates will have at least 3 years of work experience including in consulting and must be passionate about working with leading and high growth consumer and retail companies. MBA degrees are helpful but not required to be successful in the role.

  • Market strategy (market mapping, competitor analysis, segmentation, size & attractiveness of profit pools, right to play / win, size of prize, etc.)
  • Route-to-market strategy
  • Channel strategy and expansion
  • Sales force effectiveness
  • M&A (pre-deal commercial due diligence)
  • Portfolio/pack price architecture
  • Monetization model (subscriptions)
  • Consumer needs-based segmentation
  • Product and innovation roadmap
  • Dynamic pricing / promotions
Skills required:
  • Problem solving skills: You effectively combine sophisticated analytical skills with business acumen to structure problems, deliver solutions and communicate insights.
  • Change management: You have experience in advising senior executive teams and leading transformation initiatives.

  • Collaboration: You enjoy working with others and show commitment to the success of your team. You lead with compassion and empathy.
  • Furthermore, we expect you—as an experienced candidate—to grow quickly into the role of team leader. You would be responsible for synthesizing research and analysis into strategic recommendations for our clients, and for contributing relevant insights from your previous experience and relevant subject matter expertise
