Talent Development Specialist at Cabify

What You’ll Do
  • Build employee loyalty and promote wellness programs, training and a positive work environment that allows professional and personal development of all employees.
  • Build and implement talent management tools and cycles such as performance reviews.
  • Manage and implement training programs both through our internal learning platform as well as our external LMS.
  • Liaise and negotiate with providers and external stakeholders.
  • Plan activities and programs that positively impact the work environment.
  • Carry on managing eNPS metrics and reports.
  • Plan and carry out training, workshops and courses for the development of employees.
  • Iterate and implement Personal development plans structure for our employees.
  • Plan and implement other projects such as management routines, continuous feedback or mentoring.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in Talent Development in a fast paced growth organisation.
  • Experience working on tech companies or scale-ups.
  • Experience with talent management cycles.
  • Experience coordinating training programs and LMS.
  • High communication skills with customer focus and strong influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker at solving complex business problems.
  • Proven experience working on English.
