TALNTCAST is an HRtech company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded in early 2020, we are fresh out of the box, and we have built a fantastic product - which, by the way, is nominated for at Nordic Startups Award.

Simply put, we have built a recruitment platform that enables highly effective recruitment without gender, age, or ethnicity bias.

The TALNTCAST recruitment platform provides effective and fair recruitment. It includes automatic behavioral tests, match and feedback, case-based skills verification, machine learning propelled candidate attraction and screening, and an ATS to support easy candidate handling, fruitful team collaboration, and a great candidate experience.

TALNTCAST enables recruiters and hiring managers to market their vacancies to relevant professionals actively, focus their resources on the applicants with the highest fit, and lets them make unbiased decisions based on a superior dataset. Our data set is over 40% better than a resume. It is frontloaded at the beginning of the process and the equivalent of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd interview results...combined.

We are a small, highly responsible, and tight team developing TALNTCAST to become the tool of choice of all recruiter warriors.

Our team is highly international and growing and we are looking to attract additional Sales power to accelerate the growth. You will be joining us at our offices in Copenhagen.

Ideally, you have a couple of years of sales experience, if not then you probably have great energy and stamina. You are a skilled meeting booker, comfortable with product presentation, and a joy to be around.
We have divided the markets into industries, making it easy to reapply past experiences from your former jobs. Your geographical focus would be Denmark. However, the EU or North America could come into play if the results are there.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Able to book own meetings
  • Online product presentations
  • Speaks Danish & English


  • 1-2 years experience in a complete cycle sales role
  • Experience in high volume sales with an average deal size of approximately $2-5,000
  • Strong customer service skills, with prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience from SaaS tech companies
  • If you have a good understanding of the recruitment cycle, its KPIs, and challenges, that would be a benefit :)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, allocate and track time across a large set of targets
  • Technology-savvy with high proficiency in using CRMs (HubSpot), Google Suite, PowerPoint, and other tools as needed
  • Fluent in English or Danish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
