An Executive Research Associate at Amrop is in charge of managing the recruitment process in client assignments and propelling the research process forward, from understanding the client needs, analyzing the industry to identify target firms, finding top talents to client presentations and reference calls. As an Executive Research Associate you will work together with a partner on most assignments. The partners at Amrop are responsible for Sales and Client Management of the firm ́s services, but also for candidate assessment.

Your main focus will be to...

  • Map out relevant companies in the industry of interest to create a target company list

  • Work independently on finding suitable candidates for recruitment assignments, including e.g. network with relevant contacts for referrals of potentially strong candidate profiles

  • Approach potential candidates, perform phone/Teams based interviews, collect résumés, note relevant information in a shared database

  • If the candidate is determined to be relevant; schedule the candidate for an interview with the partner in charge of the assignment

The ideal candidate has…

  • B.S or M.S. in Business Administration, Human Resources and/ or Economics or similar with a distinguished academic record

  • 0-3 years of professional work experience

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • High proficiency in English, both verbally and written

  • Meriting:

    • Extracurricular activities besides studies

    • Good commercial knowledge & interest

    • Experience from other leading international search firms

    • Experience from management consulting
