Mission: Lead a project to reach the objectives set by the Project Sponsor and the steering committee, following their orientations and respecting the Industrial or Process Project Approach

Responsibilities:

  • The project or program (including resources definition) is consistent with the objectives defined by the project leaders.
  • To lead the project, the Industrial Project Approach or Process project approach is applied and the appropriated standards are respected (Project charter, check lists, milestone validation, governance, budget management…)
  • The requirements for each assigned project are met, respecting the 3 components of Quality/Cost/Timing and risks management
  • For each project, the team is managed well with an emphasis on collaboration and following Michelin's transverse managerial guidelines
  • The Change Management process is taken into account and followed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction so as to produce optimal results
  • The project leader is able to perform a self-assessment of the project(s) and establish a progress action plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred or minimum 5 years of equivalent industrial project management experience
  • Previous project management experience required
  • Previous experience managing cross-functional teams preferred
