Electro-Acoustic DeveloperYou will be joining a team of highly skilled electro acoustic developers who are responsible for creating the physical hearing aid design, in collaboration with our mechanical design engineers. We always seek to deliver high quality products and to this end we use simulations in the early stages of development and we consistently verify performance as the projects progress.
Practical and theoretical skills are equally important to us and we encourage our developers to personally try out the design solutions, to get a firsthand impression of the comfort and sound quality. The designs we make must be robust towards assembly tolerances and mass production.
To ensure that our products deliver world-class audiology, practical listening tests and advanced measurements are also part of the hardware development.
We seek experience and/or interest in one or more of these areas:
- Product design through listening tests
- Simulation – Finite Element and/or electrical (SPICE) simulation
- Acoustic measurements
- Development of audio products
- Production support
QualificationsWe expect you to hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in electronics and/or acoustics. Good communication and people skills are essential, as well as the ability to switch between work areas such as innovation, maturing and documentation, as the project goes from early concepts to matured product.
