Demant is a leading international company within Hearing health care. Our retail division consists of hearing aid retail chains around the world. In this position, you will be working at our corporate headquarters just outside Copenhagen.
Delivering the best digital marketing analytics
Imagine this is what you can grow into.
You will become part of an international retail marketing team. Your main task and responsibility will be to provide actionable recommendations based on customer insights and data.
In close collaboration with our retailers around the world, you are to assist and train them in defining and implementing digital measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
You will be producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross channel performance reports with actionable insight. Furthermore, you will also work with optimizing conversion with the aim of improving efficiency in digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI.
As we work in an international environment, you should expect to travel app. 20-30 days a year.
Summed up, your tasks in details will be:
- Responsible for continuous improvement of tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- To analyze real-time and retrospective user behavior on our different sites and social platforms
- To continuous follow-ups on digital campaigns together with markets
- To analyze local marketing performance in different countries
- Responsible for optimization and A/B testing of local retailers’ websites
- To work closely with local stakeholders to gain insights and thorough understanding
- To be part of the digital production team to support optimization as well as long-term strategic development
- To deliver and create automated standardized reporting which make data and insights easy to understand for management
- To assist and train local marketing teams in order to set KPI’s, maximize ROI on websites and digital campaigns as well as creating actionable insights
- To map partners’ procedures and alternative processes to increase business growth through opportunities found in data analysis
We hope you have an interest in digital marketing analysis.
You have just finalized your degree within digital innovation management, Digital Design, and Interactive Technologies or similar. The most important is that you are ready to take on your new role with an open attitude.
We will get you up to speed by building your skillset through fundamental courses but experience with Google products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.), SEO, marketing testing principles, CRM or statistics is meriting.
Perhaps you already have some years of experience within the field, but if not, you are willing to learn and develop into an excellent digital marketing analyst.
But most importantly, you are a truly analytical person and have the ability to communicate your analysis to others.
