You will be a part of EY’s Nordic Executive Management team. Led by the Nordic COO, this team drives the strategic agenda for EY’s operations in the Nordics, working to raise continuously the bar to ensure profitable growth and empower EY to win in the market. This means you will be working across the organization to solve business challenges by building and redesigning core operations services and processes across functional domains.
This role will enable you to develop a unique insight to the core operations of one of the world’s leading professional services firm. You will have a dedicated roadmap to ensure you get an accelerated learning curve while truly learning the inside of our business and build the skills to empower you as a future leader. To help you grow, you will receive active coaching and training, with a constant focus on your learning. You will collaborate and interact with leaders and employees across organization, enabling you to build a broad network across the Nordic and global firm.
Your key responsibilities
You will receive responsibility from day one and be actively involved in key projects for improving the operations of our Nordic firm. You will be participating in- and driving different projects across the organization. You will get to work with a wide variety of topics relating to areas such as digital transformation, strategy, process improvement, innovation and customer excellence, each driven to solve key issues high on the strategic agenda.
Skills and attributes for success
- Working in multidisciplinary teams to (re-)design internal business services required to deliver envisioned experiences
- Unblocking impediments and challenging existing business support service
- Planning and facilitating meetings and co-creation workshops
- Supporting preparations of leadership activities and events
- Supporting corporate innovation agenda
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across firm
To qualify for the role you must have
- An MSc degree with excellent records in business administration or economics studies
- Fluency in English
- Desire to travel 10-20%
- 0-2 years of working experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Ability to apply a wide range of creative techniques, deliver innovative conceptual thinking, whilst also having the right analytical skills to work out business details to deliver real value
- Some demonstrable experience in in-depth contextual research, journey mapping, persona building, hosting creative sessions and service prototyping
