You will be a part of the Nordic Executive Management team in EY. Led by the Nordic COO, this team drives the strategic agenda for EY’s operations in the Nordics, working to continuously raise the bar to ensure profitable growth and empower EY to win in the market. This means you will be working on projects across various functional domains to solve key challenges and identify ways for improving our Nordic business.
This role will enable you to develop a unique insight to the core operations of one of the world’s leading professional services firm. You will have a dedicated roadmap to ensure you get an accelerated learning curve while truly learning the inside of our business and build the skills to empower you as a future leader. To help you grow, you will receive active coaching and training, with a constant focus on your learning. You will collaborate and interact with leaders and employees across organization, enabling you to build a broad network across the Nordic and global firm.
Your key responsibilities
You will receive responsibility from day one and be actively involved in key projects for improving the operations of our Nordic firm. You will be participating in- and driving different projects across the organization, while getting the opportunity to dedicate yourself to a variety of functional domains. You will get to work with a wide variety of topics relating to areas such as digital transformation, strategy, process improvement, innovation and customer excellence, each driven to solve key issues high on the strategic agenda.

- Creating compelling management presentations
- Advising on change initiatives by utilizing your excellent problem definition and data analytics skills
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders from various ranks and locations
To qualify for the role you must have
- An MSc degree with excellent records in service design with demonstrable business administration understanding; or Hold a MSc degree with excellent records in business administration or economics studies with service design minor
- Fluency in English
- Desire to travel 10-20%
- 0-2 years of working experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language
