What does a Rubik’s cube have in common with hearing aids? Well, okay, from an engineer’s point of view they consist of a highly complex system and requires problem-solving skills and a curious mind to play with.
Now, follow me, if you were to solve a complex problem with a fast time-frame – could you then do it? In that case, we crave your attention.
In short, your responsibilities are to investigate and evaluate field feedback cases.
- Investigate and determine root causes for embedded SW / Connectivity issues
- Drive larger SW incident investigations within and outside Product Support
- Collaborate with R&D teams in software to gain knowledge on SW Systems and features
- Create defects and follow resolution with R&D
- Participate in process development and improvement initiatives

The position is part of InMarket Product Support in Oticon and we ensure a fast response to field feedback by investigating cases and creating needed design changes. InMarket Product Support currently consists of 16 employees, divided between our different sites in Denmark and Poland.
Together with the team, your goal will be to elevate our technical maintenance and improvements for all our hearing instruments and accessories. We are an international team and we speak English as standard. We believe that the best results come from a fruitful team effort. We support each other and constantly share feedback and knowledge to improve our results. Furthermore, we will do our best at exercising your smiling muscles.
We play with embedded SW, wireless signals such as Bluetooth Low Energy, and the latest mobile devices to connect with. If you are interested and already have worked with embedded SW and connectivity related fields, we would like to talk to you. You have probably a background from engineering.
