UserTribe is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing Sales Team! As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving our product further in the market by introducing UserTribe to new clients, building new relationships and ultimately helping businesses understand the value from working with UserTribe.

What would your role be?

  • Build a solid pipeline of key stakeholders, managing the entire sales process from initial engagement to closing the sale
  • Always hunt new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline to constantly hit targets
  • Full-cycle sales responsibility from initial interest to final closure, including;
    • Reach out and book meetings with promising top layer leads
    • Attend scheduled meetings and pitch our winning product to clients
    • Understanding issues clients are facing and how UserTribe can solve them
    • Convert meetings and proposals into sales
    • Focus of growing all account

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 3+ years of corporate sales experience preferably within slightly complex enterprise sales
  • You bring positive energy to your co-workers, always have a smile on your face, and have a strong can-do attitude
  • You have a “Hunter mentality” - You love to sell and have a desire to close deals
  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, and love talking to clients
  • You can understand company contexts and business challenges
  • You possess great stakeholder management skills and work in a very structured way
  • You thrive in a high-paced environment
