Field of activity

Your main responsibility will be the support of the business owners in outsourced services and internal processes starting with guidance in in the definition and documentation of measurable performance indicators up to the regular performance review and related reporting to the respective stakeholders / boards.


  • Provide Clearstream segments / business owners with guidance in the definition of measurable outsourcing and operational performance indicators
  • Establish and maintain adequate procedures and workflows
  • Interact closely with the relevant Clearstream segments, Intercompany Organisation, Regulatory Outsourcing Monitoring, Audit and Compliance
  • Analyze operational KPIs monthly reports and comment on the negative KPIs
  • Challenge business owners to deliver the monthly operational KPIs comments within the deadline: valid comments and approvals required in time
  • Work closely with business owners on the semi-annual review of operational KPIs: analysis of the KPIs parameters, agreement with business owners on amendments
  • Support in outsourcing KPI gathering process
  • Review and validate performance reports and prepare their presentation to the respective boards
  • Provide a pro-active contribution to ensure team targets and objectives are being achieved within required deadlines
  • Assist in project work where required

Qualifications/required skills

  • University degree in economics, financial or business management, IT science
  • Work experience in process and/or outsourcing management – preferably knowledge in Clearstream business processes
  • Very good analytical skills, critical mind set and ability to solve complex problems
  • Good communication skills and ability/willingness to build network
  • Fluent written and oral English language skills. Knowledge of an additional language (e.g. German/ French) would be seen as an advantage
  • General office productivity tools proficiency expected (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – preferably technical background knowledge with a good understanding of databases and process improvements
  • General understanding of Oracle databases and Java programming language would be seen as an advantage
  • Location: Prague
