About the department

We are around 275 employees in Corporate Facilities based in Bagsværd, Hillerød, Måløv and Kalundborg. We drive strategic facility management in Denmark, and we are responsible for safeguarding, sustaining and continuously optimising Novo Nordisk property.

This job is placed in the department of Corporate Facilities Projects in Bagsværd, which consists of 12 dedicated employees. The main responsibility of the department is space management, relocation projects, construction projects, contact with authorities and local management, as well as the development and establishment of office facilities.

The position

As a Project Manager in Corporate Facilities, your role will be to develop, drive and implement the Novo Nordisk Way of Working in different facilities in Denmark. You will identify and execute key initiatives, and drive projects with focus on space optimisation, activity based working, user involvement and change management.

The projects will be of varying size and you should expect to run many projects in different phases simultaneously. This will be done in close collaboration with your colleagues, external consultants and vendors.

Qualifications

You have completed an education within Architecture or another relevant education, e.g. Interior Decorating/Design, Engineering or Construction and you have min. 5 years of relevant experience. You bring a solid project management toolbox and experience working with space planning and space optimisation. You are experienced with driving projects with the purpose of implementing innovative working methods that creates a dynamic and flexible work setting.

You are known for your drive and strong dedication to create results. You have excellent collaboration and change management skills, and you communicate clearly and concisely which is where your attention to detail comes into play.

You are able to handle multiple projects at a time; you keep the overview in pressured situations, while still being able to come up with solutions. You are energetic, result-oriented and persistent, even when the tasks become complex and you experience some resistance.
As a person you are trustworthy and you are used to manage stakeholders in different levels in an organisation.
