Exciting moments in Electrolux Major Appliances! Following an internal promotion, a new opportunity opens up for a Demand and Product Availability Analyst to join our Supply Chain team based in Porcia.
As Supply Chain Demand and Product Availability Analyst, you will provide data and recommendations to the business. You will be the person responsible for developing detailed sales and service analysis, strongly collaborating with partner teams, according to an Exchange2Exchange approach, providing strategic support to the executive teams. Through your attention to details, you will be the reference person for information about performance in terms of service and product availability.
You will be the link between the Demand Planning and Supply Chain, translating and interpreting requirements and trends from sales. You will have a huge impact on the organization, your evaluations will increase a company’s performance.
You will work successfully in a matrix/E2E environment, working with staff in various business areas to accomplish required tasks and come to a consensus.

A regular day at work

You will:
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly analysis of sales and product availability basis to highlight key performance metrics.
  • Provide support and comments for month end closure process (Business Call, ES&OP meeting…).
  • Provide analytical support to business partners in terms of collecting, analyzing and reporting data related to sales development and product availability.
  • Support E2E initiatives aimed to improve company service level and product availability, involving cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate in the development of new KPI’s in order to improve the control and the monitoring of the company performances.
  • Bring and drive external best practice and latest thinking in the use of service to the market.

Education & experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position and in complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data mining, analysis, and reporting.
  • Masters' degree preferably in Engineering, Industrial Operations & Supply Chain, Accounting, Statistics.
  • Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken.
  • Broad understanding of the end to end supply chain process, supply chain measures and KPIs.
